Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because all ingredients are procured and prepped specifically for confirmed weekend batches, preorders can only be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled drop date.

To request a cancellation before the cutoff window, contact our team with your order number. Once batch preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or an unreachable customer, the order cannot be re-dispatched or refunded.

In the rare event of a confirmed kitchen cancellation or genuine fulfillment failure on our end, a 100% refund will be initiated back to your original payment method via Cashfree within 5–7 business days.
