Preorder & Fulfillment Policy

Grub District operates strictly as a small-batch, preorder-only kitchen. We do not maintain walk-in dining or instant on-demand delivery.

All meals are planned and prepared exclusively for confirmed weekend drops (Saturday and Sunday). Preorders close automatically at the scheduled cutoff time or when kitchen capacity is reached.

Delivery is fulfilled via dedicated local courier partners within our active service area. Packaging and delivery is charged at a flat rate of ₹150 per order, regardless of quantity.

Customer pickup may be offered on select drops from our designated kitchen counter. When pickup is enabled and chosen, delivery fees are waived entirely.

Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address during the drop window. Fresh comfort food requires prompt handover.
